2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery in the UK is always FREE and we post everything first class, so your order normally takes between 3-5 days to arrive. Delivery to Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take longer.
3. Do you ship internationally (outside the UK)?
Yes! Our estimated delivery times are:
Europe – 5-10 days
Worldwide – 5-15 days

5. I would like to have a item shipped as a gift. Is it possible to fill out a different delivery address?
Yes, you can fill out a different delivery address.
6. What restrictions do voucher coupons have?
Limit of 1 coupon per order. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Cannot be used with SALE items.
7. How do I exchange or return an article?
Until 14 days upon receipt of your order you may exchange or return your article without reason given. The articles must not be damaged or worn and must be returned in the original condition to:

8. How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order without reason. If you would like to cancel, please contact us. In case we have already shipped your order, you may return it. See point 7, above.
